RTL introduction

To add support for right-to-left languages, include the "rtl" add-on .js and .css files and use the rtl options.

Options for the "rtl" add-on

use "detect" Boolean Whether or not to add support for a right-to-left language.
Set to "detect" to automatically detect a right-to-left language.
